CRC+AC复合式路面结构层厚度对温度效应及车辙变形的影响

摘要:
针对连续配筋混凝土与沥青混凝土(CRC+AC)复合式路面结构的特点和现有研究的不足,运用断裂力学理论和有限元法,计算了CRC层的最大温度梯度、车辙深度、温度裂缝的扩展强度,分析了结构层厚度与CRC层的最大温度梯度、车辙深度、温度裂缝扩展强度的关系。结果表明:AC层厚度一般在不小于4cm时才能起到降低CRC层顶面最大温度的作用;CRC层的最大温度梯度随AC层和CRC层厚度的增加而递减;车辙深度随着AC层厚度的增加而递增;AC层厚度的增加能有效减小温度裂缝的扩展,其他结构层厚度对温度裂缝的扩展强度影响不大。研究结果可为合理设计CRC+AC复合式路面的结构层厚度提供参考。

摘要:
针对连续配筋混凝土复合式沥青路面(CRC+AC)结构的特点和现有研究的不足,运用传热学理论、力学理论和有限元法,计算和分析了层间剪应力的临界荷位和影响因素;通过室内试验和工程实践,研究了基于层间剪应力的层间结构和材料及CRC层表面处理技术。研究结果表明:层间抗剪强度不足会使CRC+AC结构层间出现纵向和侧向滑移;层间最大剪应力随AC层厚度和模量的增大而减小,且随AC层厚度增加而减小的趋势更为明显,CRC层厚度对层间最大剪应力的影响很小;通过计算分析并结合试验路修筑经验和检测结果,建议CRC+AC结构AC层的厚度不宜小于6 cm;建议采用喷洒式结构对CRC+AC结构的层间进行处理,并选用SBS改性沥青作为喷洒沥青,采用裸化技术对CRC层表面进行处理。研究结果可为刚柔复合式沥青路面的合理设计提供重要参考。

摘要:
针对目前国内改性沥青的研究现状和不足,以中海油70#沥青为基质沥青,SBS和胶粉作为改性剂,采用掺量为4%、5%、6%的SBS和2%、4%、6%的胶粉制备复合改性沥青进行对比试验,成功研发了一种适用于SBS/胶粉复合改性沥青的制备工艺.分析了不同掺量复合改性沥青的延度、针入度、软化点和弹性恢复变化趋势,归纳了引起变化趋势的原因.研究结果表明:在SBS 掺量一定的情况下,随着胶粉掺量的增加,复合改性沥青的延度呈现下降的趋势,软化点和弹性恢复呈现上升的趋势,针入度值呈现先下降后上升的趋势.研究可为SBS/胶粉复合改性沥青的制备工艺和路用性能研究提供参考.

This paper is mainly focused on the structure characteristics and the flaws of existing studies of CRC+AC composite pavement, mechanics theory and finite element method are applied to establish CRC+AC composite pavement finite element models based on crack pattern, the critical load position of CRC+AC composite pavement is found out under different crack spacing, and cracks on the AC layer extended mechanisms have been studied. The results show that: critical load position may appear in the horizontal cracks in the middle of the edge and vertical of the central free edge;in the long-term effect of traffic load, AC layer surface because of traffic loads, temperature effects, quality of construction, materials, aging and other factors produce longitudinal and transverse cracking. CRC layer transverse cracks in the bottom layers of the corresponding region AC will also have cracks, and finally forms reflective crack on the AC layer surface. The results can provide a basis for rational design of CRC+AC composite pavement. ©(2012) Trans Tech Publications.

针对透水再生混凝土的特点及现有研究的不足,对再生骨料进行预处理,优化再生骨料级配,引入具有极高强度和极强粘聚力的胶凝材料环氧树脂,采用特殊的配合比设计,改进制备工艺,提出透水再生混凝土极限强度试验方法,采用浸渍工艺对透水再生混凝土进行外观设计.研究结果表明:利用改进的制备工艺和环氧树脂所研制的再生混凝土产品具有较高的强度和良好的透水性;极限强度试验结果与有限元理论计算结果相符,试验方法可行.研究结果可为透水再生混凝土的制备提供参考.

摘要:
Thermal field of CRC+AC composite pavement under the conditions of continuous temperature variation is simulated using finite element method, maximum temperature gradient and temperature stress of CRC layer are calculated, the relationship between the thicknesses of structural layer and the maximum temperature gradient of CRC layer are analyzed and regressed. Temperature-type reflection crack extension of AC layer is calculated and analyzed. Research results show that the maximum temperature gradient of CRC layer linearly decreases with the thicknesses of AC layer and CRC layer increasing, and the temperature gradient and temperature warping stress of CRC layer can be reduced by appropriately increasing the thicknesses of AC layer and CRC layer in design. The increased thickness of the AC layer will reduce and delay the temperature-type reflection crack extension. © 2012 American Scientific Publishers. All rights reserved.

摘要:
结合广西六宜高速公路的实际情况,对辉绿岩和玄武岩的物理化学性质,配合比设计以及其他沥青混合料路用性能试验进行了对比研究,结果表明:广西辉绿岩与沥青的粘附性不能满足规范要求,必须添加水泥或抗剥落剂增强其粘附性;辉绿岩沥青混合料在高温稳定性、水稳定性、低温抗裂性能方面不及玄武岩沥青混合料,但都能满足现行的施工规范要求,特别是在玄武岩石料缺乏地区,使用辉绿岩替代玄武岩能够带来较好的经济效益。

本文以京港澳国家高速公路(G4)湘潭至耒阳段提质改造工程为依托,对共振碎石化实验路施工工艺进行了探讨,对施工中出现的问题提出了相应的解决办法,提出共振碎石化施工主要技术要求.用承载板测定共振碎石化层的回弹模量,根据测定结果及研究分析指出使用钢轮压路机碾压和洒铺乳化沥青有利于提高共振碎石化层的回弹模量.对共振破碎层进行筛分与规范规定的无机结合料级配对比,提出了共振碎石化基层级配要求.

摘要:
The concept of the road-region ecosystem is described and its environmental features analyzed. In addition, the stability of the road-region ecosystem is summarized. A scientific and rational evaluation of road-region ecosystem stability is proposed to properly investigate the relationship between highway construction and protection of the ecological environment. This paper investigated a method for determining an index system to be used to evaluate road-region ecosystem stability. It put forward an index system for assessing road-region ecosystem stability as a reference. On the basis of detailed analysis of the multidimensional space of the road-region ecosystem, a new method and calculation formula for multi-objective comprehensive evaluation of road-region ecosystem stability are presented. Computation result is fit with the actual situation. The result indicates that the evaluation index system and the method are feasible.

针对CRC+ AC复合式路面结构的特点和现有研究的不足,运用断裂力学理论和有限元法,对AC层的受力进行了计算和分析,对AC层裂缝的产生和扩展机理进行了研究.计算了AC层荷载型和温度型裂缝的尖端应力强度因子,研究了裂缝扩展时期、裂缝长度、结构层厚度、模量等因素对AC层裂缝扩展的影响规律.研究结果表明:AC层裂缝的扩展时期对扩展强度有一定的影响;增加AC层的厚度对裂缝扩展尤其是对AC层底面裂缝的扩展能起到很好的延缓作用;CRC层厚度对AC层裂缝扩展的影响很小或基本没有影响;随着AC层模量的增加,AC层温度裂缝的扩展强度线性增加,荷载裂缝的扩展强度变化不大;其他结构层的厚度和模量对AC层裂缝的扩展强度基本没有影响.研究结果可为CRC+ AC复合式路面的合理设计提供参考依据.

摘要:
科学合理地进行公路建设自然环境影响评价是正确处理公路建设和自然环境保护之间关系、实施可持续发展的前提。分析了现行公路设计相关规范,提出了适用于公路设计方案比选需求的自然环境影响评价指标体系和评价方法。采用公路路线设计、桥梁设计、隧道设计、防护工程和临时工程5个方面共17个指标进行评价,并在规范和一定数据统计的基础上,给出了各个评价等级的标准。用层次分析法(AHP)确定子系统的权重,熵值法确定评价指标的权重,以求同时反映评价分级的主观性和实测数据的客观性。以常吉高速公路为实例,分析结果表明:该公路自然环境影响等级属于"良好"级偏"中";与实际情况相符,表明评价方法可行。

摘要:
Three types of recycled coarse aggregate (RCA) produced from old cement beams with designed compressive strengths of 40, 60, and 80 MPa, respectively, were employed for measurement by X-ray diffraction (XRD), infrared absorption spectroscopy (IR), and scanning electron microscope (SEM). The XRD result indicated that the presence of Ca(OH)2 and anhydrates in the attached old cement mortar of the RCA may result in a new chemical reaction between the old cement mortar and the new cementitious binders when mixed to produce no-fines pervious recycled concrete (NPRC), which was contributable to the bonding condition. IR analysis was used to investigate the differences among the three types of RCA. The IR result indicated that RCA produced by crushing cement concrete with lower strength tended to absorb more water, which would probably weaken the strength and durability when utilized to manufacture NPRC. SEM was also employed to investigate the microstructure of RCA and the result demonstrated that RCA produced from low compressive strength cement concrete had a relatively loose old interfacial transition zone (ITZ), whereas RCA produced from high compressive strength cement concrete had a dense old ITZ. NPRC specimens were made with RCA, which was produced from old concrete beams with a designed compressive strength of 40 MPa. Factors influencing the compressive strength and flexural strength of NPRC were investigated and the results showed that a smaller size distribution of recycled aggregate, the appropriate thickness of freshly coated cement paste layer, and the water-cement ratio preferred to enhance both compressive strength and flexural strength. Moreover, the compressive and flexural strength of NPRC could achieve 26.37 and 3.37 MPa, respectively, by being blended with 4 % silica fume. The Cantabro test was extended to evaluate the abrasion and shock resistance of NPRC in this study. The Cantabro result suggested that RCA graded with a particle size distribution of 4.75-9.5 mm was favorable in terms of abrasion and shock resistance. Copyright ©1996-2011 ASTM. All Rights Reserved.

摘要:
For a better evaluation of the impact of road traffic about air quality, this paper considers the development of a new evaluation index system and methods. They address the assessment of the air quality around the areas with an intense road traffic, according to Chinese standards considering sulfur dioxide index (SO(2)), total suspended particles index (TSP), floating dust index (PM10), nitrogen oxides index (NO(X)) and carbon monoxide index (CO). A systematic air quality evaluation model was established for air quality around traffic areas, by using fuzzy complex matter element method. Furthermore, the fuzzy complex was considered in classification of every index. The weight of each index was determined by integrating analytic hierarchy process (AHP) method and entropy method to consider data objectivity and classification subjectivity. Computation result shows that the maximum correlation degree of evaluated air area around a certain road is 0.6928 to the poor grade, and the second largest correlation degree is 0.1582 to the medium grade, which means that the state of evaluated road is poor closely to medium grade according to the principle of maximum correlation, and is fit with the actual situation. The result indicates that the evaluation index system and method applied in this study are feasible.

摘要:
Typical asphalt pavement structure of freeway integrates the advantages of experience method and theory method. It is the pavement structure combinating of different regions pavement projects experience which considers the factors of natural conditions, vehicle load, material supply, construction technique and maintenance operations and so on. This paper contains site detection and evaluation of the performance of 8 kinds of asphalt pavement structure testing roads of Chang-Ji freeway in Hunan Province, using five indicators of rebound deflection, flatness, friction coefficient, structure depth and seep coefficient and so on. We carry on tracking observation about the pavement’s performance for 2 years continuously. The results showed that the typical asphalt pavement structure testing sections of Chang-Ji freeway have been built successfully and pavement performance is good.

采用运行速度对公路路线进行安全性评价

摘要:
参照《公路项目安全性评价指南》(JTG/T B05—2004)中的运行速度预测模型,结合实体工程,对公路路线进行安全性评价。结果表明:通过绘制运行速度断面图及运行速度梯度图,能快速的找到线形设计中与标准不一致或线形不相容以及速度突变过大的路段,结合实际线形,提出相应的安保措施,解决了设计速度在路线设计中存在的缺陷,保证了线形的一致性,从而为公路使用者提供了一个安全的行车环境。

摘要:
针对刚柔复合式路面的层间结构特点,由于刚性基础与AC的回弹模量相差较大,其层间黏结层是容易产生损坏的薄弱环节,层间界面容易因为抗剪强度不足而引起滑移、拥包和分层等病害,尤其是AC层较薄时更是如此,故保证层间界面结合的稳定性是十分重要的。利用层间黏结材料抗剪强度测试结果和层间剪应力计算结果,计算层间黏结层的抗剪稳定安全系数,结果表明几种层间黏结材料的抗剪安全系数平均都超过了1.5以上,在正常条件下这几种层间黏结方式是可靠的。根据层间界面破坏形式,提出了层间抗剪强度衰变机理和衰减趋势。

通过比较中国公路隧道路面结构类型,针对G319国道湖南浏阳焦溪岭隧道提出路面结构方案,并采用BISAR软件进行结构力学分析。针对目前中国公路隧道路面结构类型与材料现状,提出一种新的纤维混凝土复合式隧道路面结构,并论述其施工要求及注意事项。
