At present, fuzzy math, grey theory which superior over other evaluation methods have been widely used in practice, but they still have some drawbacks. For a better and more comprehensive evaluation of the factors on the impact of air traffic environment, the air traffic environment impact assessment index system was established. the paper used analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and ultra-multiple method to analyze the various factors which impact the traffic atmospheric environment. It not only considered all factors in the combined effects of weight, but also highlighted the main factors in the evaluation of pollution in the main role-sharing, using arithmetic mean empowering (WZ), then based on matter-element theory, the paper proposed a new method which evaluating the traffic atmospheric environment. Through introducing the example and analyzing the results of matter-element model, fuzzy evaluation, grey evaluation, neural networks, it shows the new method is easy to use and an reasonable and accurate evaluation of the impact of air traffic environment method.

In the plain areas of China, in order to avoid freeway transverse traffic disturbance, when design passages or culverts, it usually designs high embankment for passages or culverts. If embankment is low, it is difficulty for passages or culverts to drain water. Hengshui to Daming freeway in Hebei Provence (Heng-Da freeway) is one section of Daqing to Guangzhou freeway. This paper studies the key technology of low embankment drainage of Heng-Da freeway based on the analysis of the characteristic of climate, geology, hydrology and low underground water table, good permeability stratum soil, its little and mass rain fall and deep drinking water well in the plain areas of North China. The paper also puts forward the design methods about collecting pool purifying filtration system to solve the drainage problem. The first method is: collecting well + transverse drainpipes + filter pool. The second is: collecting well + transverse drainpipes + sedimentation pool with back cover + small seepage well. The third is: collecting well + transverse drainpipes + sedimentation pool without back cover+ small seepage well. When adopt the design methods, the average filling height can be reduced over 1.5m and the drainage problem of low embankment is solved well in Heng-Da freeway project.

Due to the larger number factors on the quality of the atmosphere, the different contributions of air quality, and the complex mutual influence between factors, it is difficult to establish a recognized, established evaluation model. At present, fuzzy math, grey theory which superior over other evaluation methods have been widely used in practice, but they still have some drawbacks. For a better and more comprehensive evaluation of the factors on the impact of air traffic environment, the air traffic environment impact assessment index system was established, the paper used analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and ultra-multiple method to analyze the various factors which impact the traffic atmospheric environment. It not only considered all factors in the combined effects of weight, but also highlighted the main factors in the evaluation of pollution in the main role-sharing, using arithmetic mean empowering, then based on Kohonen network theory, the paper proposed a new method which evaluating the traffic atmospheric environment. Through introducing the example and analyzing the results of neural networks, fuzzy evaluation, grey evaluation, matter-element model, it shows the new method is easy to use and an reasonable and accurate evaluation of the impact of air traffic environment method.
