Intrinsically fluorescent and highly functionalized polymer nanoparticles as probes for the detection of zinc and pyrophosphate ions in rabbit serum samples

摘要:
Intrinsically fluorescent polymer nanoparticles (F-PNPs) were synthetized from 2-hydroxy-5-methylisophthalaldehyde and melamine by solvothermal method. F-PNPs can emit strong yellow green fluorescence at 542 nm without the conjugation to any external fluorescent agent and surface modification. Owing to the abundant amino and hydroxyl groups on their surface, the F-PNPs possess multiple binding sites, good biocompatibility and excellent water-solubility. Addition of Zn<sup>2+</sup>to the F-PNPs solution resulted in a blue shift (Δλ=40 nm) with obvious enhancement in the fluorescence intensity at 502 nm;while there was negligible change in the presence of other metal ions. The subsequent treatment with pyrophosphate (PPi) can cause fluorescence recovery of F-PNPs by pulling the Zn<sup>2+</sup>out of the coordination cavity of F-PNPs-Zn<sup>2+</sup>nanocomposites. No interference was observed from other anions and nucleotides, making the F-PNPs-Zn<sup>2+</sup>ensembles highly sensitive and selective nanoprobes for PPi. The detection limit is 2.75 ×10<sup>−8</sup>M/L and 7.63 ×10<sup>−8</sup>M/L for Zn<sup>2+</sup>and PPi, respectively. The proposed nanoprobes were then used for detecting the recovery of Zn<sup>2+</sup>and PPi in rabbit serum samples, which were found to be 99.4–104.2% and 98.6–104.7%, respectively. The present strategy for the fabrication of nanoparticles may offer a new sight for the preparation of polymer nanostructures. The F-FNPs based probes can provide an accurate method for the detection of Zn<sup>2+</sup>and PPi in serum samples.<br/> ©2018

摘要:
Strongly green fluorescent carbon dots (CQDs) have been directly synthesized from 2,4-diaminophenylhydrazine and 2-hydroxy-5-methylisophthalaldehyde through a facile solvothermal method. The novel CQDs exhibit high fluorescence quantum yield and excellent water solubility due to the abundant amino and hydroxy groups on their surface. The use of the as-prepared CQDs combined with Cu(2+) constructed a "turn-on" switch cysteine-responsive nanoprobe. In the CQDs-Cu(2+) assemblies, the binding of Cu(2+) to CQDs results in the fluorescence quenching of CQDs by electron transfer mechanism, while the addition of cysteine leads to the fluorescence recovery because of the competitive binding between cysteine and CQDs to Cu(2+). The nanoprobes showed high sensitivity to cysteine with the detection limit of 2.6 nmol L(-1). The selectivity investigation results demonstrated that the Cu(2+)-integrated nanoparticles were highly selective toward cysteine over the other amino acids and biologically related metal ions. The proposed nanoprobe was then employed for detecting the recovery of cysteine in rabbit serum and plasma samples and imaging the cysteine in cancer cells, and the recovery was found to be 98.2-104.0%. This "synthesis-modification integration" strategy for the fabrication of CQDs may offer a new sight for the preparation of multifunctional nanostructures and broadening the application of CQDs in bioimaging. 摘要:
The LiNi 0.8 Co 0.1 Mn 0.1 O 2 with LiAlO 2 coating was obtained by hydrolysis–hydrothermal method. The morphology of the composite was characterized by SEM, TEM, and EDS. The results showed that the LiAlO 2 layer was almost completely covered on the surface of particle, and the thickness of coating was about 8–12 nm. The LiAlO 2 coating suppressed side reaction between composite and electrolyte; thus, the electrochemical performance of the LiAlO 2 -coated LiNi 0.8 Co 0.1 Mn 0.1 O 2 was improved at 40 °C. The LiAlO 2 -coated sample delivered a high discharge capacity of 181.2 mAh g −1 (1 C) with 93.5% capacity retention after 100 cycles at room temperature and 87.4% capacity retention after 100 cycles at 40 °C. LiAlO 2 -coated material exhibited an excellent cycling stability and thermal stability compared with the pristine material. 摘要:
目的 研究以丙烷磺酸吡啶嗡盐(PPS)、咪唑、己炔二醇(HD)为代表的三大类光亮剂,在化学镀锡过程中改善镀锡层表观形貌和影响镀速的作用机理.方法 采用电化学阴极极化法,研究化学镀锡过程中光亮剂分子对镀锡液在沉锡过程中对沉锡峰电位变化的影响,运用Forcite模块中的COMPASS力场进行分子动力学计算,研究光亮剂分子在Sn层表面吸附过程的能量变化.结果 阴极极化结果表明,光亮剂的加入会使沉锡峰电位负移,该过电位导致晶核水平增长速度大于垂直生长速度,从而起到整平作用,并在一定程度上抑制晶须的形成.分子动力学计算结果显示,PPS、咪唑、HD均有自发吸附到Sn层表面的趋势,且在Sn(111)面的吸附能分别为-445.338、-9.84、-22.651 kcal/mol,表明三种光亮剂分子均易吸附在Sn层表面(吸附能数据越低,越容易吸附在锡层表面),从而在一定程度上抑制锡层的增长.结论 光亮剂与Sn作用的吸附能,与其在化学镀过程中对Sn层表观形貌的改善和镀速减少有正相关作用.该研究为化学镀锡过程中光亮剂的选择提供了理论基础.

摘要:
To improve the electrochemical performance of Nickel-rich cathode material LiNi 0.8 Co 0.1 Mn 0.1 O 2 , an in situ coating technique with Li 2 ZrO 3 is successfully applied through wet chemical method, and the thermoelectrochemical properties of the coated material at different ambient temperatures and charge-discharge rates are investigated by electrochemical-calorimetric method. Cyclic voltammetry (CV) and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) tests demonstrate that the Li 2 ZrO 3 coating decreases the electrode polarizatoin and reduces the charge transfer resistance of the material during cycling. Moreover, it is found that with the ambient temperatures and charge-discharge rates increase, the specific capacity decreases, the amount of heat increases, and the enthalpy change (ΔH) increases. The specific capacity of the cells at 30 °C are 203.8, 197.4, 184.0, and 174.5 mAh g −1 at 0.2, 0.5, 1.0, and 2.0 C, respectively. Under the same rate (2.0 C), the amounts of heat of the cells are 381.64, 645.32, and 710.34 mJ at 30, 40, and 50 °C. These results indicate that Li 2 ZrO 3 coating plays an important role to enhance the electrochemical performance of LiNi 0.8 Co 0.1 Mn 0.1 O 2 and reveal that choosing suitable temperature and current is critical for solving battery safety problem. © 2018, Springer-Verlag GmbH Germany, part of Springer Nature.

摘要:
We report a simple pyrene-based fluorescent probe, sodium 8-(2,4-dinitrophenoxy)pyrene-1,3,6-trisulfonate (HPTS-DNP), for the ultrasensitive and visual detection of thiophenol in 100% aqueous media. The sensing mechanism of this method is based on nucleophilic aromatic substitution on HPTS-DNP caused by thiophenol to afford a highly fluorescent product, 8-hydroxypyrene-1,3,6-trisulfonic acid trisodium salt (HPTS). The extremely low fluorescence background of HPTS-DNP and high quantum yield of HPTS ensure the superior sensing performance toward thiophenol, including rapid responses, off-on detection mode and excellent sensitivity. The detection limit is as low as 0.49 nmol L<sup>−1</sup>according to the measurements with a spectrofluorimeter. This probe also features good selectivity (response ratio of thiophenol to interferents >30), precision (2.93%) and accuracy (102%). This approach could be applied for monitoring the thiophenol concentrations in environmental water samples. HPTS-DNP also showed good cell permeation capacity and low cellular cytotoxicity, indicating further application in bioimaging studies.<br/> ©2018 Elsevier B.V.

摘要:
A facile approach was developed to prepare fluorescent nitrogen-rich quantum dots (NCQDs) using 2-azidoimidazole and ammonium hydroxide as reactants. The nitrogen and carbon elements of NCQDs form the frameworks of their nanostructures together and bear multiple active sites. By using NCQDs as fluorophores and graphene oxide (GO) as controllers, a hydrogen binding-based nanosensor was constructed for the detection of pyrophosphate (PPi). In NCQDs-GO sensing assemblies, the binding of GO to NCQDs results in the fluorescence quenching by FRET mechanism; while the addition of PPi leads to the fluorescence recovery of NCQDs because of the competitive binding between NCQDs and PPi to GO. The fluorescence intensity showed linearity with the added PPi concentration ranging from 0 to 400 mu M with the detection limit of 8.3 nM (sigma = 3). This procedure for the fabrication of amino-functionalized carbon quantum dots is simpler and more efficient compared to conventional doping and surface modification methods. The proposed NCQDs-GO sensing assemblies showed high selectivity and sensitivity to PPi over the competing anions in aqueous solution.

A convenient and efficient indium-catalyzed approach to synthesize alkenyl iodides has been developed through direct iodoalkylation of alkynes with alcohols and aqueous HI under mild conditions. This catalytic protocol offers an attractive approach for the synthesis of a diverse range of alkenyl iodides in good to excellent yields.

将场效应晶体管(FET)的栅极金电极(GGE)延长一定距离,在GGE表面自组装上聚二硫二丙烷磺酸(SPS)膜,构建了一种可检测L-胱氨酸(L-cystine)的新型传感装置.该传感界面的SEM表征、电化学性能测试和XPS分析结果表明,在溶液中带负电荷的SPS聚阴离子膜可通过静电作用吸附结合带正电荷的目标物L-胱氨酸,形成双电层结构而产生识别一价有机铵离子的膜电位.该电极在磷酸盐缓冲溶液(pH= 5.0)中对L-胱氨酸有良好的电位响应性能,线性范围为5.0 × 10~(-6) ~ 1.0 × 10~(-3) mol /L,响应灵敏度为(58.25 ± 1.5) mV/-pc(25 ℃) ,检出限为2.69×10~(-6) mol /L.该电极响应快(30 s) ,重现性及稳定性好.常见氨基酸如L-甘氨酸、L-丙氨酸、L-缬氨酸、L-天冬氨酸、L-脯氨酸、L-苏氨酸、L-组氨酸、L-亮氨酸、L-色氨酸及L-甲硫氨酸等均不干扰电极对L-胱氨酸的测定.该电极可用于实际猪血清样品中L-胱氨酸的测定,回收率为91.2% ~ 107.8%,说明该方法是一种装置简便,能准确测定L-胱氨酸的新手段.

摘要:
Silicon-based anode materials which are used as electrodes suffer from a short lifespan and unsatisfactory rate capability because of their large volume changes during lithiation/delithiation processes. In this work, we have designed carbon-encapsulated silicon ([email protected]) nanocomposites in a yolk–shell-structural anode material for lithium-ion batteries, which were prepared through moderate magnesiothermic reduction and carbonization using mesoporous silica (SBA-15) and dopamine as the raw materials. The obtained yolk–shell-structural [email protected] nanocomposites exhibited excellent cycling stability (approaching 616.3 mAh g −1 after 100 cycles at 0.1 A g −1 ) and high rate capability (448.8 mAh g −1 at 1.0 A g −1 and 351.4 mAh g −1 at 2.0 A g −1 ). This outstanding performance was attributed to the void space between the core and the shell, which provides sufficient space for silicon expansion. 摘要:
Novel microencapsulated phase change materials (MicroPCMs) in which palmitic acid (PA) acted as core material and polyaniline as shell material were prepared by in situ polymerization method without any emulsifier and doping agent. The effects of the preparation temperature, polymerization time, oxidant concentration and the acid dopants on the morphology and thermal properties of the MicroPCMs were investigated by field emission scanning electron microscope, differential scanning calorimetry and thermogravimetry. The results showed that spherical MicroPCMs could be obtained when the polymerization was initiated at a temperature higher than the melting point of PA with a medium oxidant concentration and then relatively slowly completed the polymerization at a low temperature without any acid dopant. The best preparation condition in this work was that the polymerization was initiated at 348 K for 2 h with the oxidant/aniline mole ratio of 0.75 and then completed at 303 K for 18 h. The prepared MicroPCMs showed spherical morphology with the phase change enthalpy of 106.3 J g(-1). Furthermore, the evaporation of PA in the MicroPCMs was postponed due to that PA was fully encapsulated in the capsules, which is favorable for its application.

摘要:
The acidified single-walled carbon nanotubes (SWCNTs) were self-assembled on graphene oxide (GO) and then ultrasonically dispersed in a copolymer, Nafion solution, to form a GO/SWCNTs-Nafion polymer nanocomposite, which was employed to modify glassy carbon electrode (GCE). The surface morphological characteristics of different modified electrodes including bare GCE, GO-Nafion/GCE, and GO/SWCNTs-Nafion/GCE were imaged by scanning electron microscopy. For comparison, the differential pulse voltammetry and cyclic voltammetry behaviors were investigated, showing that the GO/SWCNTs-Nafion polymer composite has strong enhancement effect towards oxidation of clenbuterol (CLB). And the corresponding mechanism has been well discussed. During the reaction process, the anilino group of CLB molecule (1) was firstly oxidized to form a radical cation (2), exhibiting a characteristic oxidation peak (I) at 0.95V, then two radical cations reacting via head-to-head coupling to form a diphenylamine intermediate (3), which was transformed into a CLB dimmer (4) through an azo bond by intramolecular electrons transferring under low potential, exhibiting a pair of reversible oxidation peak (II) and reduction peak (III). Under the optimum conditions, the composite modified electrode showed linear response to CLB in a concentration range of 1.0×10−8~6.0×10−6mol/L with a detection limit of 6.0×10−9mol/L. The modified electrode possessed good selectivity, reproducibility, and stability. In comparison with two routine analytical methods like ELISA kit and high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), the electrode can be successfully applied to determination of content of CLB in pig meat and pig liver samples with a recovery rate of 96.4~104.2%, suggesting a promising application in food security field. © 2017, Springer Science+Business Media New York.

采用电化学-量热法研究以LiNi_(0.5)Co_(0.2)Mn_(0.3)O_2为正极材料的锂离子电池在不同环境温度和充放电倍率下的热电化学性能。结果表明:环境温度和充放电倍率是影响电池比容量的重要因素,随着充放电倍率和环境温度的增加,电池比容量逐渐减小。在低倍率(0.2C)下,电池充放电初始阶段的热流缓慢增大,且出现多个放热峰;而在较高倍率(0.5、1.0、2.0C)下,电池充放电初始阶段的热流快速增长,且充电和放电过程分别仅出现一个明显的放热峰。通过热电化学研究,可获得电池充放电过程的产热量、化学反应焓变(Δ_rH_m)以及化学反应熵变(Δ_rS_m)等热力学参数。

导电聚苯胺(PANI)是近十年来研究最多的导电聚合物,具有比容量高、氧化还原可逆性好、电导率高、合成方法简单、成本低等特点,在化学电源和超级电容器中的应用最为广泛。导电聚苯胺复合材料的合成方法主要分为:原位复合法、共混法、自组装和电化学复合法等。导电聚苯胺复合材料可作为高能物质用于研发电极材料,但目前利用导电聚苯胺对锂离子电池三元正极材料进行修饰改性的研究较少。综述了导电聚苯胺及其复合材料的热电化学性能,重点对导电聚苯胺/锂离子电池复合正极材料的性能进行了阐述。最后对导电聚苯胺复合材料的应用和研究方向进行了总结,并简述了导电聚苯胺包覆改性LiNi_(1–x–y)Co_xMn_yO_2复合材料的应用和展望。

摘要:
目的研究由乙二胺四乙酸二钠(EDTA-2Na)、乙二胺四亚甲基膦钠(EDTMPS)和柠檬酸三铵(C_6H_5O_7(NH_4)_3)组成的复合配位剂,在不同浓度及pH下,对金沉积速率、镀金液稳定性、金镀层结构及性能的影响。方法用化学镀的方法在树脂基体上先预镀覆Cu-Ni-Pd金属层,然后制备金镀层。采用正交实验法,研究复合配位剂浓度及pH对金层沉积速率、镀金液稳定性、结合力、光亮度的影响。借助扫描电镜及能谱,分析不同优化组合镀液配方制备的镀层形貌及成分。结果以镀金沉积速率为评价指标时的最优组合为A_2C_3D_3B_2,以镀液稳定性为评价指标时的最优组合为A_2C_2B_3D_2,以镀层结合力为评价指标时的最优组合为A_2D_2B_2C_2,以镀层光亮度为评价指标时的最优组合为A_3C_1D_2B_2。将4个单一评价指标的最优组合重复实验,实验结果表明,当EDTA-2Na为15 g/L、EDTMPS为3 g/L、C_6H_5O_7(NH_4)_3为30 g/L、pH为6.0时,镀液稳定性最高,可达6 MTO;镀层沉积速率最快,可达0.0066 μm/min;镀层结合力可达5级,光亮度可达1级。结论采用EDTA-2Na、EDTMPS和C_6H_5O_7(NH_4)_3组成的复合配位剂,在适当的pH下能够提高镀层沉积速度及镀液稳定性,改善镀层表面形貌。

Nine nucleating agents, calcium pimelate (CaPi), bicyclic [1, 2, 2]heptane di-carboxylate (HPN-68), a commercially obtained aryl amide nucleating agent (TMB-5), calcium salt of hexahydrophthalic acid (HPN-20E), 1,3:2,4-di-p-methylbenzylidene sorbitol (MDBS) and sodium, potassium, magnesium and calcium salt of benzene-1, 3, 5-tricarboxylic acid (Na3BTC, K3BTC, Mg3BTC2 and Ca3BTC2, respectively), were applied to reduce the supercooling of erythritol, and their effects were investigated by cyclic differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). The results revealed that Na3BTC and K3BTC could not induce erythritol to crystallize under the experiment condition. MDBS could only make erythritol to crystallize at a temperature slightly higher than that of pure erythritol, and the effect was unstable. Mg3BTC2, Ca3BTC2 and HPN-68 could induce erythritol to crystallize at relatively high temperature, but the peak temperature of crystallizing (T (p, cr)) and the phase change enthalpy of crystallizing (Delta(cr) H) decreased greatly as the melting-crystallizing cycles increased. HPN-20E-doped erythritol crystallized at a high temperature with the T (p, cr) of 69.3 A degrees C at the first cycle, but the T (p, cr) and Delta(cr) H varied greatly during the melting-crystallizing cycles. CaPi and TMB-5 could induce erythritol to crystallize at a stable temperature with the T (p, cr) of about 69 A degrees C and 64 A degrees C, respectively, and with a stable Delta(cr) H of about 204 and 185 J g(-1), respectively, in all melting-crystallizing cycles. Hence, CaPi- and TMB-5-doped erythritol could be used as PCMs and applied in thermal energy storage in which the energy was absorbed at a high temperature and released at a lower but stable temperature.

以氨基酚醛树脂球作模板,通过一种简单的模板法制备了具有中空微球(HMS)结构的二氧化锡;将其涂覆于氧化铝陶瓷管金电极表面,制得一种新型薄膜式硫化氢传感器.采用X射线衍射(XRD)及透射电子显微镜(TEM)表征了材料的微观结构和形貌,并考察了二氧化锡中空微球(SnO_2 HMS)的气敏性能.结果表明,二氧化锡中空微球对硫化氢气体表现出良好的气敏特性.在最佳工作温度(200 ℃)下,所制作的传感器对142. 6 mg/m~3硫化氢的响应值高达97. 13%,响应时间为22 s.该传感器对硫化氢的响应线性范围为0. 2852~ 142. 6 mg/m~3,相关系数为0. 9931,检出限达到0. 1549 mg/m~3,且几乎不受环境湿度和温度的影响,具有良好的重现性和选择性.对养殖场中硫化氢气体连续监测10个月后,传感器响应信号衰减了5. 4%,表明该传感器具有长期稳定的使用寿命,可实现远程监测的实际应用.

摘要:
本研究利用阴离子型芘衍生物8-羟基芘-1,3,6-三磺酸三钠盐(HPTS),建立了一种快速、可视化的对硝基苯胺(PNA)荧光检测方法。检测原理主要是基于PNA通过非共价作用而导致的HPTS的荧光淬灭。通过测量加入PNA后HPTS在512 nm处荧光强度的变化,可以实现PNA的荧光检测。本方法的线性范围为10~ 120 μmol /L,检出限(3σ/s)为4.6 μmol /L。对本方法的抗干扰性以及方法的实际应用性进行了考察。结果表明,本方法具有低成本、高灵敏度、高选择性、操作简便等优点。

以氯化亚锡和氧化石墨烯(GO)为前驱体,经简单的水相路径合成还原氧化石墨烯负载二氧化锡(SnO2/rGO)复合物,在其表面原位还原氯金酸制得金纳米颗粒/二氧化锡/还原氧化石墨烯(AuNPs/SnO2/rGO)三元纳米复合物.采用紫外-可见和红外光谱方法表征了所制备的材料.将所制备的AuNPs/SnO2/rGO涂覆于氧化铝陶瓷管金电极表面,形成一种新型薄膜式硫化氢(H2S)气体传感器.气敏实验表明,AuNPs/SnO2/rGO传感器对100 mg/L H2S的响应是SnO2/rGO的1.5倍,并且响应速度更快,这可能是金纳米颗粒的催化效应引起的.该传感器在室温下对H2S具有快的响应-恢复速度,响应、恢复时间分别为34 s和78 s.在25~150 mg/L范围内该传感器对H2S具有良好的线性响应,线性方程可拟合为S(%)=32.22 lg(c/(mg/L))-35.42,相关系数为0.9940,而且该气敏传感器具有良好的重复性、重现性和稳定性.
