为解决配电自动化系统中配电终端在104规约实现上的兼容性和互操作性问题，在安装前需根据国家行业标准对配电终端进行104规约测试。本文结合长沙麓谷经济开发区配电自动化试点工程，对104规约的测试内容、测试方法进行了探讨，并总结了配电终端在104规约的实现上不符合国家行业标准的情况。
