Through two rounds of Delphi consultation with experts in the field of theory and practice of domestic stadiums, this paper constructs a social benefit evaluation index system of entrusted management public stadiums.The results show that the social benefit evaluation index of entrusted management public stadium is composed of three first level indexes, two second level indexes and 27 third level indexes.
