针对微小陶瓷管难以实现微小尺寸缺陷检测问题,提出了一种基于 ARM + FPGA 的微小陶瓷管缺陷检测系统;该系统利用ARM 存储空间大、运算速度快和 FPGA 并行运算能力强、稳定性好等优势,采用小型工业摄像头 AR0134实现陶瓷管图像采集,通过FPGA 完成陶瓷管图像的预处理,借助SPI通信将预处理数据传送给 ARM STM32F4处理后,将检测结果通过以太网发送到 PC 上位机以及OLED,从而完成陶瓷管的缺陷检测;研究结果表明,该系统检测速度快,漏检率低,成本低廉,稳定性高.
