利用Fisher信息的数学含义计算假设检验中样本量计算的方差,以得到固定样本量设计的一般样本量公式,并将公式应用于泊松分布的差值与比值两个估计的样本量计算中,同时利用R软件进行计算与模拟。分析表明:从名义第I类错误与经验效能来看,都能证明样本量公式的有效性;此外,从估计方法看,比值的样本量小于差值,经验效能优于差值,推荐在实际应用中使用。
