The single-phase TiNbZrMox (x = 0, 0.3, 0.5, 0.7, 1) high-entropy alloys (HEAs) were prepared by arc melting. The relation between molybdenum, microstructure, mechanical properties and wear resistance was investigated by X-ray diffractometer (XRD), scanning electron microscope (SEM), universal tensile tester, hardness tester, friction tester, and wear tester.
