我国煤炭价格逐步市场化,电力价格依然由政府管制,导致了"市场煤"和"计划电"之间的矛盾,并成为影响我国电力和经济发展的一个重要问题。在分析电煤矛盾的基础上,对湖南省9家统调火电企业进行了调研,从燃料成本、运行维护成本和资金成本等方面分析了电煤矛盾对火电企业成本的影响,并有针对性地提出了解决我国电煤矛盾的建议及相关对策。

We explore in this study the conflict between the market-priced coal and price-regulated electricity in China,which results from the market-oriented coal price spikes and the government-controlled electricity prices. This conflict has become a serious issue exerting adverse effects on the development of the power industry and the entire economy as a whole.
