Multiple wear-resistance PEEK composites for automobile was prepared by the compressing model method. The wear experiment of the composite has been done by the ring-block wear tester. The worn surface of it has been observed and analyzed by the SEM technique. The debris of the composite has also been investigated by the DSC, FT-IR and SEM technique. And the wear mechanism has been analyzed and discussed.
