In microscale structures, thermal and viscous effects are important factors affecting the effective transmission of acoustic energy. In this paper, the effects of porosity, single thermal effect, single viscous effect, and thermoviscous coupling on the acoustic energy transmission characteristics of microcolumn arrays are analyzed in detail by numerical solution of thermoviscous acoustic equations.
