This paper focuses on the effects of Ga2O3/GeO2 ratios and heat treatment on the structure, crystallization and fluorescence properties of Gd2O3-Ga2O3-GeO2-Nd2O3 glass system. According to the results, the glass network's structural stability suffers when the ratio of Ga2O3/GeO2 is low. As the ratio of Ga2O3/GeO2 continues to increase, Ga3+ ions are transformed into [GaO4] to participate in the construction of the glass network structure.
