SBS-modified asphalt experiences significant deterioration in road performance due to alterations in asphalt composition and oxidative degradation of the SBS modifier during aging. To enhance the performance of aged SBS-modified asphalt, a component optimization system consisting of oleic acid, saturates B, aromatics A, and SBS was developed to explore the mechanisms of regulation.
