The intermediate 2,3-dihydrofuran was prepared in high yield with good selectivity using2,5-dihydrofuran as raw material,N,N-diethylhydroxylamine as a polymerization inhibitor,under pressure reaction catalyzed by carbonyl tris(triphenylphosphine)ruthenium.Then,2,3-dihydrofuran was efficiently isomerized to cyclopropanaldehyde in a fixed-bed process catalyzed by the nano-catalyst ZrO2/TiO2/γ-acidic alumina.The total yield of the two-step reaction is over 75.0%.The industrial production methods of cyclopropanaldehyde were studied.The effects of ...
