Carbon nanotubes/taper zinc oxide composite powdrs were prepared by refluxing using zinc chloride as raw material and ammonia as precipitator. The morphology, structure and optical property of composite powdrs were charactered by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and flourescence spectra.
