党的十九大报告中强调,要集中力量建立增速稳健、结构优化、竞争力强的现代化产业体系,努力提高全要素生产率,增强我国经济的质量优势。首先通过测算战略性新兴产业的全要素生产率并分析其变动趋势,然后实证探究战略性新兴产业全要素生产率的影响因素,最后针对相关影响因素提出了加大政府扶持强度和管理力度、增强专利保护及科技创新意识、提升人力资本存量和质量等对策,以期提升战略性新兴产业的全要素生产率。

The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China emphasized that we must concentrate on building a modern industrial system with stable growth rate, structural optimization and strong competitiveness,strive to improve the total factor productivity and then enhance China’s economic quality advantage.
