摘要：

Polymer modified asphalt requires prolonged shear mixing and swelling to ensure adequate polymer dispersion and interaction. In order to alleviate the performance degradation caused by thermal oxidative aging during the preparation process, a closed vacuum shear (CVS) device was developed.
