Empirical Analyses of Forestry Industry Agglomeration and Eco-Efficiency: Based on Panel Data Test on 15 Provinces in China

测算了我国森林资源丰富的15个省2004—2013年间的林业产业集聚水平,利用数据包络分析法(DEA)模型测度同一时期各省林业产业生态效率,并通过计量模型检验了产业集聚对生态效率的影响。研究发现,我国林业产业发展水平较高省份的产业集聚水平及生态效率在研究期均呈不同程度的上升;计量模型回归结果显示,产业集聚带来的外部性会促进林业产业生态效率提高。发展经济效益、社会效益双赢的林业产业需要进一步调整林业产业结构、加大对林业产业基础设施投入、鼓励涉林企业进行生产和环保技术革新等。

Based on the measurement of forestry industry agglomeration level of 15 provinces in China in the period 2004-2013, the paper employs the DEA model to measure the provinces＇ forestry industry eco-efficiency in same period and tests the influence of industrial agglomeration on ecological efficiency through the econometric model. The work shows that the industrial agglomeration level and eco-efficieney of the provinces with higher level of forestry industry in China are increasing in different degrees during the study period.
