Indium-tin oxide (ITO) precursor powders were synthesized by hydrothermal method. The effects of temperature on the preferred orientation morphologies of the precursor powders were studied. The phase structures and morphologies were analyzed by X-ray powder diffraction (XRD) , scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and video optical microscopy.
