产品创新是企业在现代市场环境下经济增长的主要方式,但产品创新项目具有很高的风险性和不确定性,产品创新项目的风险管理己成为学术界和企业界所关注的重要研究课题。产品创新项目风险评估是产品创新项目风险管理的基础,是产品创新项目成功关键。本文从企业产品创新特点出发,运用系统工程的观点和方法,系统地研究具有企业产品创新特色的、个性化的产品创新项目风险评估体系。
