Dynamic fracture characteristics are the foundation for conducting safety assessment and failure analysis of explosion containment vessels (ECVs) subjected to internal blast loading. The experiment was conducted to investigate dynamic fracture characteristics of cylindrical steel shells subjected to internal blast loading at the centre.
