To achieve a closed-loop supply chain coordination, this paper uses the theory of optimal incentive to study this problem. In the product and retail section, the manufacturer offered the retailer optimal retail price incentive contract. And in the reverse recycle section, it offers the recycler optimal recycle effort incentive contract.
