本文根据图书馆职工所处的社会环境、文化知识的提高和思想政治信息数量的增加及获取其途径的增多,而图书馆思想政治工作相对薄弱的现状,以信息论、认知心理学为基础,从信息交流角度出发,探讨了图书馆思想政治工作中信息交流过程;建立了信息交流过程的直接型、间接型、混合型三种模式;阐述了在图书馆思想政治工作信息交流过程中,必须遵循的尊重、互动、情感三条原则.

According to the present condition of social environrnent , the cultural knowledge , increase of information quantity of political thought and obtaining its path , but library the political thought work is weak, this paper discusses the process of the information exchange in the library political thought work with theory of information and the psychology as foundation, from the information exchange , building up the modes of the direct type, indirect type, the ad...
