Abstract Based on the principle of forced convection heat transfer in a single tube with air transverse sweep, an experimental device of forced convection heat transfer with equilibrium point tracking was developed. The device controls wind speed, heating power and other experimental working parameters by MCU, synchronously adjusting, collecting and analyzing working parameters in real time, to realize the tracking of thermal balance point.
