同伴之间的互助学习,对精英人才的成长具有重要促进作用。以1995—2015年共7届高等学校科学研究优秀成果奖（人文社会科学）教育学类博士学位获奖者为研究对象,采用定量的方法分析获奖者的同伴效应。发现＂同伴效应＂与＂成果产出年龄＂＂获奖年龄＂＂时间段＂之间呈现显著负相关。＂同伴数量＂与＂时间段＂呈现显著负相关。当同伴数量临界值为4时,随着＂同伴数量＂的增加,未来获奖者＂时间段＂这一指标将显著缩短1年。

The mutual learning among the peers is important for the growth of the elite talents. In this paper,a total of seven years（1995~2015） of Scientific Research Excellence Award winners were studies by using quantitative analysis of the winners of the peer effect,＂Peer effect＂and＂the age of results＂,＂the age of winning＂, and＂time period＂.
