我国轨道交通装备制造产业集群普遍存在着创新网络组织结构不完善、网络间创新资源流动不畅等问题。株洲轨道交通装备制造产业集群创新网络组织的构建经验表明,企业是产业集群的创新主体,核心企业要成为产业集群的新知识和新技术的主要创造者,集群企业应强化合作创新意识,积极参与创新网络组织构建;政府应充分发挥推动和引导作用,为集群创新网络组织构建提供支撑;金融机构应创新金融产品,增强对中小微配套企业的创新资金支持。

Regarding China’s rail transit equipment manufacturing industry clusters,there exist such problems as imperfect organization structure of innovation network and unsmooth flow of innovative resources between networks. The construction experience of organization structure of cluster innovation network in Zhuzhou’s rail transit equipment manufacturing industry indicates that the enterprises is the main innovator of industrial clusters.
