The flow and heat transfer of air in perforated louver fin heat exchanger is simulated by ANSYS-FLUENT software. The fin structure of perforated louver is optimized from the two aspects of air side flow heat transfer and fin heat conduction. Taking the comprehensive performance factor as the evaluation index, the hole shape (round hole and square hole) and the hole arrangement order (sequential arrangement and cross arrangement) under the same area are compared and analyzed, and the conclusion is that the square hole is better than the round ho...
