In object-oriented software testing, a class is considered to be a basic unit of testing. The state of the objects may cause faults that cannot be easily revealed with traditional testing techniques. In this paper, we propose a new technique for class testing by using event-driven Petri nets (EDPN), which is an extended version of Petri Nets, one of techniques having the ability to analyze and test the behavior for the interaction between data members and member functions in class.
