For the control of structural vibration and noise of a heavy commercial vehicle cab, a finite element model for the cab is established at first with its accuracy verified by comparing the results of analytical modal analysis with experimental one. Then an analysis on the vibration frequency response is conducted on the reference points of vehicle cab to determine the acceleration amplitudes of reference points and compare them with test results. Finally, the acoustic-solid coupling model for the vehicle cab is built, the vibration acceleration measured in test is converted into excitation forc...
