漆包线耐电晕试验用脉冲电源对电压变化率要求高,现有普通电源难以满足要求。提出一种漆包线耐电晕试验用高速脉冲电源设计。建模分析各元件参数和电路主要参数;选用耐高压的绝缘栅双极型晶体管(insulated gate bipolar transistor,IGBT)以提高H桥输出电压;利用栅极电阻的阻值调节脉冲的上升/下降时间。仿真和实验表明,所设计的高速脉冲电源的电压变化率(dv/dt)为30 k V/us,即输出电压峰峰值3 k V的情况下,电压上升时间和下降时间为100 ns。
