对湖南高校图书馆的专利信息服务情况进行了调查,与国内其它高校馆进行了比较。从服务高校专利工作发展和＂两型社会＂建设两方面,探讨了加强专利信息服务的必要性,从资源建设、馆员培训、服务内容和平台建设四方面等提出了深化服务的具体措施。
