输配电价监管是电力监管机构的重要职责,有效的电价监管需要真实完整的成本信息。文章分析了电力监管机构对输配电成本监管的缘由,并针对我国输配电成本监管中存在的监管法规不健全、缺乏有效监管方法等问题提出了相应的对策。
