在系统分析传统的项目进度管理方法缺陷的基础上,使用关键链技术来对公路项目施工进度进行柔性管理。并构建了基于关键链的公路项目施工进度柔性管理模型,通过实例分析,解决了关键链在公路项目施工进度管理中的具体问题。
