湖南省发改委委托课题“湖南省上市公司现状、问题及对策”.

湖南上市公司经过二十多年的快速发展,无论在上市公司的整体教量还是质量方面相比当初都有了质的飞跃,然而,也存在行业布局不合理、市值偏小、大股东占用资金及财务造假等方面的问题.为此,加强统一规划和合理引导,多渠道提高上市公司的质量和产业集中度,优化上市公司的股权结构及加强市场监管,是推动湖南省上市公司持续发展、做大做强的切实选择.
