产业经济领域是现代化经济体系建设的主要对象。根据湖南省产业经济发展的实际情况,目前现代化经济体系建设遇到的主要问题来自于制造业。湖南省制造业的主要问题是"如何通过消费需求升级提高湖南省制造业发展质量""如何在制造业新兴领域加快发展新兴支柱产业以促进制造业产业结构优化"。解决这两个问题的思路分别是:通过消费需求升级提高湖南省制造业发展质量,提升湖南省制造业当中的两个新兴支柱产业（汽车制造业和生物医药产业）的竞争力。依据这些思路,对如何解决这两个问题,在探讨性与研究性的宏观层面,各自提出解决问题的思路及解决问题的要领。

The field of industrial economy is the main object of the construction of modern economic system.According to the actual situation of industrial economic development in Hunan province,the construction of modern economic system has currently encountered two major problems deriving from manufacturing industry:"How to improve the quality of Hunan manufacturing industry development through upgrading consumer demand",and"How to accelerate the development of new pillar industries in the emerging fields of manufacturing to promote the optimization of manufacturing industry structure".The solutions to...
