Resource allocation analysis of cross-provincial power trading with the participation of power selling company

跨省区电力交易是电力资源配置的重要方式之一。在售电公司参与跨省电力交易的基础上,建立跨省跨区竞争性电量分配双层博弈模型,模型上层为省级电力交易中心,公布竞争性电量及市场出清规则;模型下层为供电企业（发电商或售电公司）,在不同的省级市场选择的报价策略,该策略以总供电利润最大化为目标。通过模型的求解,得到每一家供电企业在各省级市场的均衡竞争性电量,在此基础上,以湖南、河南以及甘肃跨省区电力交易市场为例,测算其资源配置效果。分析结果表明:相对于原有的跨省区电力交易,售电公司参与后更能节省煤炭,减排二氧化碳;售电公司参与后的跨省区电力交易,有利于清洁能源的消纳。
