当前,工业大国都在围绕智能制造展开激烈角逐。智能制造在湖南先进制造业发展中的地位也极其重要。现今湖南制造业虽具备了一定的发展基础,但仍存在顶层设计不足、创新力偏低、研发投入总体不够、高技能人才短缺、成本问题突出等一系列制约制造业发展的问题。为此,需要强化顶层设计,做好战略规划和引导;加强人力资源建设,提升员工的创新精神和工匠精神;发挥政府宏观指导性作用,完善政策支持体系;加强组织建设,为湖南智能制造提供组织保障。
