建党百年来,弘扬科学精神作为我党一脉贯通的优良传统,其历史进程包括科学救国、科教兴国和科技强国三个阶段,中国共产党在各个历史时期弘扬科学精神,对党的建设具有重要意义。中国共产党弘扬科学精神的百年历史经验,具有重要的当代启示:要坚持创新引领发展;坚持实事求是;坚持人才是第一资源;坚持提升全民科学素养,从而不断激励中国人民在科技创新的道路上攻坚克难、奋发图强。
