微柱凝胶血型检测卡中的异物严重影响临床检测结果，在分发装盒之前必须经过严格检测，目前主要依赖人工灯检，检测效率低，精准性差。本文设计一种微柱凝胶异物智能检测系统。该系统设计特定波段的红外LED光源获取凝胶卡图像，研究并实现用于提取凝胶卡图像杂质特征信息的改进型高斯滤波算法和二次高斯差分算法，设计识别、跟踪、剔除自动控制装置，实现对有异物的血型检测卡的自动分离。使用纳威尔智能科技有限公司提供的样品进行测试，本文系统检测准确率高于98%，检测异物最小直径为50微米。
