Related Analysis of Business Distribution and Influencing Factors in Historical and Cultural Blocks--A Case Study of Taiping Street,Changsha

选取长沙市太平街历史文化街区业态数据为样本，进行数据可视化、核密度和空间句法分析，归纳业态分布特征。从区位条件、空间特征、历史文化资源三方面提取指标分析其对业态构成分布的影响。结果表明：街区形成了旅游服务类业态主导、其他类型业态协同发展的业态格局，街区已达到了较高的旅游商业化水平，影响因素对不同业态的支配作用存在差异，区位条件对业态分布影响显著，空间特征影响特定业态的分布，而历史文化资源对街区业态影响微弱。
