The Spatial Agglomeration of Producer Service Industry and the Competitiveness of Manufacturing Industry

基于长江中游城市群30个城市2003—2012年面板数据,可以运用空间计量模型分析生产性服务业集聚对制造业竞争力的影响。生产性服务业集聚通过推动制造业升级、促进制造业创新和支撑制造业集聚三个角度作用于制造业竞争力。实证结果表明,生产性服务业集聚正向作用于制造业竞争力提升,且通过空间外溢辐射影响周边地区制造业竞争力,长期趋势稳定。FDI、城市交通水平和人力资本对制造业竞争力加强促进作用显著。

Based on the panel data of 30 cities in the middle of Yangtze River 2003 to 2012,this paper uses spatial econometric model to analyze the producer service industry agglomeration effect on the competitiveness of the manufacturing industry.Producer service industry agglomeration influences the competitiveness of the manufacturing industry from the aspects of pushing the manufacturing industry upgrading ,the promotion of manufacturing industry innovation and supporting manufacturing agglomeration .Empirical results show that producer services agglomeration has positive effect on promoting the com...
