This paper studies the p th moment exponential stability of stochastic cellular neural networks with time-varying delays under impulsive perturbations. Based on the Lyapunov function, Razumikhin theory, stochastic analysis and differential inequality technique, criteria on the p th moment exponential stability of this model are derived.
