Circular targets, as one of typical image features, are widely used in image -based measurement, such as photogrammetry, displacement sensing, and vibration monitoring. However, its positioning accuracy is usually sensitive to intensity changes in ambient lighting, particularly in outdoor applications and long-term monitoring scenarios.
