在湖南省推行了十年的农家书屋项目是乡村文化振兴的重要途径和基础,它的成效关系着乡村振兴战略的整体实现。根据调研的湖南省农家书屋十年来的发展现状,我们发现湖南省农家书屋目前仍普遍存在着缺乏整体规划、利用率低、管理混乱、吸引力不够等问题,并据此提出了有针对性的建议。

The village library project,which has been implemented in Hunan Province for ten years,is an important way and foundation for the revitalization of rural culture.Its effectiveness is related to the overall realization of the rural revitalization strategy.We investigated the development status of the village library project in Hunan Province from 2008-2018.Then we found that despite ten years of development,the village library project of Hunan Province still has problems such as lack of overall planning,low utilization rate,chaotic management,and insufficient attraction etc.At last,we puts forw...
