An integrated low voltage low power current replication circuit is proposed.The negative feedback loop composed of single-stage amplifier and voltage follower is used to follow the input voltage,and the current is replicated in equal proportion by equal proportion resistance.The circuit structure is simple,consisting of only 5 MOS tubes and 2 equal proportion resistances.The proposed circuit fulfilled in 0.18μm CMOS technology,and the circuit simulation is completed in Spectre.The results show that when the power supply voltage is 1V,the stati...
