The deformation of copper cladding aluminum composite rod from circle cross section to flat cross section rolling process was investigated by rigid plastic finite element.Effect of strain on the deformation was analyzed combining with experiments.The results show that there is a linear relation between the reduction ratio and spread ratio,so the elongation ratio is.Spread exponent firstly increases and then decreases as reduction ratio increases.When reduction ratio is 40%,the spread exponent is 1.9 at the most.During the lateral passes of fla...
