摘要:
为了深入研究硼矿碱法浸出过程,以700℃焙烧后的宽甸含硼尾矿为原料,基于缩核模型,推导了矿样中的硼在NaOH溶液中进行碱解反应的动力学方程,并以原料进行碱解实验,根据实验结果对理论推导的动力学方程进行拟合与验证。研究表明:实验条件下硼的碱解反应过程符合缩核模型,硼在碱解反应过程中的动力学方程为t=42.4954[(1-X)~(-1/3)+1/3 ln(1-X)-1]+0.0338[(1-X)-~(2/3)-1],其动力学过程主要受扩散控制,升高溶液温度、提高NaOH溶液浓度及降低矿样粒度均有利于碱解时间缩短,反应尽快完成。动力学研究为硼矿的碱法处理应用奠定了初步的理论基础。

In order to study the alkaline leaching process of the boron ore further, the boron bearing tailings from Kuandian calcined at 700℃were treated as the raw material in this article, on the basis of the shrinking core model, the kinetic equation of alkaline hydrolysis reaction in NaOH solution for boron of ore samples was deduced, and the alkaline hydrolysis experiment was conducted on the raw material, the kinetic equation theoretically deduced was fit and validated according to the experiment results.
