Design of a charge pump with wide output range and low current mismatch

该文提出了一种用于锁相环的宽输出范围低电流失配的电荷泵电路。电路中引入负反馈回路，对电荷泵放电电流进行补偿，实现了充放电电流动态匹配，降低了电荷泵的电流失配率；采用低压偏置共源共栅电流镜代替传统电流镜，在降低输出电流变化量的同时保证了较大的电压输出范围；利用电压跟随技术消除了电荷共享效应。该电路基于0.18μm CMOS工艺进行设计，使用软件完成电路仿真验证。结果表明，在电源电压为1.8 V时，电荷泵的输出电流为10μA，输出电压在0.2～1.5 V的范围内，最大电流失配率为0.12%。
