To address the escalating issue of vehicular exhaust pollution, the application of photocatalyst materials on road surfaces for rapid degradation of exhaust gas has gained significant attention in pavement engineering. However, poor visible light response and low separation efficiency of photogenerated charge carriers limit the practical application of nanometer titanium dioxide (nano-TiO2) photocatalyst on road surfaces.
