Strategic Adjustment for the Transition of Export-oriented Development Mode： A Micro-business Perspective

出口导向型发展模式转型遭遇微观企业准备不足的困境,需要进行战略性调整.文章提出新的调整模式应该由三个核心内容组成:第一,大力发展有为企业;第二,优化外源式开放战略;第三,启动内源式开放战略.为实现这一新的调整模式,当前需要:着力实现宏观调控制度理念的创新、构建政府与企业的合力、为企业提供一个良好的制度支撑环境;同时,还需要从产业政策、投融资政策、引资政策和贸易政策进行战略性政策调整与组合,构成一个国家战略层面的政策导向体系.
